Does EditAll change my originals?+
No. Your originals stay untouched. EditAll creates the finished version only when you export or share.
How do I allow access to my photos?+
Open Settings and choose EditAll, then Photos. Select Full Access or change the photos you've selected. Return to EditAll when you are done.
How do I allow camera and microphone access?+
Open EditAll in Settings and turn on Camera. For sound in videos, turn on Microphone too. If they are still unavailable, close EditAll and open it again.
How do I download a photo from iCloud?+
Keep your device online and leave EditAll open while the original downloads. Large photos and videos may take longer.
What if sharing doesn't finish?+
Make sure the item has downloaded, your device has free space, and EditAll can access your photos. Videos may take longer. If it still fails, email us with the file type and approximate size.
If something is not working, send us:

- ✓ EditAll version or build
- ✓ What you were doing
- ✓ What happened
- ✓ Any message you saw
